Ruopp receives master’s degree from Frostburg State University

FROSTBURG, Maryland — Madison Ruopp of Old Town received a master of science degree in recreation, parks and sport management from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland at its 164th commencement ceremonies in May, during which 520 degrees were conferred.
